WHO WE ARE.
 Jeff Hathaway is the President and Owner of Hathaway Executive Search. H.E.S. is based out of Knoxville, TN and conducts searches in the restaurant field. We work nationwide, but focus specifically on the restaurant industry as a niche where we are knowledgeable, familiar and best positioned to produce exceptional people and exceptional results.
Jeff has been in the restaurant industry for 20+ yrs and in the executive search business since 1998. Jeff graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BS in Hotel Restaurant Administration and a minor in Business. He spent 5 years with the J. Alexander's Restaurant before moving back to Knoxville where he finished his operations career as a Director of Operations for a local concept. Since 1998 Jeff has been in the recruiting business and is passionate about developing a successful executive search business via cultivating successful relationships with both candidates and clients as well.
Although we focus on multi-unit and executive level searches we also conduct searches at a unit level. H.E.S. has had successful placements in all areas of the restaurant industry and is receptive to searches in all areas including the following: CEO, PRESIDENT, COO, VP LEVEL, MARKETING, PURCHASING, HUMAN RESOURCES, REGIONAL MANAGER, GM, MANAGERS, EXEC CHEF AND SOUS CHEF.
